These are custom metric button socket screws we supply to our long time customer in 18-8 stainless steel material.  It is an M3 X 0.5 X 7.24MM button socket head cap screw with a 2MM hex socket drive at 1.04″ minimum depth.  Production lead time is typically between 6 and 8 weeks, done domestically and supplied with material certs and certificate of conformance.  Our internal part number is 110319.
