These are custom 32tpi socket head cap screws we supplied to our automotive prototyping customer.  4140 plain alloy material was used to produce a small batch of just 25 pieces domestically in the USA.  The 1/4-32 thread pitch was really the only tricky part requiring a custom production run.  Speed was absolutely critical to our customer and we were able to get the parts made and shipped within 2 weeks from order confirmation.
