These custom 8740 chrome moly slotted bolts were manufactured domestically in the USA for our aerospace customer, intended to offer min 160,000 psi tensile strength. 10-32 UNF 3A thread was incorporated and overall screw length underneath the head is .746 +.015/-.015″. A channel was formed at the bottom of the head to allow for an O-ring to be applied, allowing for a sealing screw application. Full certs were provided with the parts per our customer’s requirements.
