These custom torx 6-48 socket head cap screws were manufactured domestically using 4140 alloy steel material with heat treat to 42-47 HRC. 2A 6-48 UNS thread was incorporated with thread length at .200″. T15 6-lobe drive was cold formed and the thread rolled. Full certs were provided with the parts per our customer’s requirements.
